I have a member who has passed away. What do I do?

As an admin handling this situation, we suggest you change the account status to "Revoked" and include a message similar to the following:

"The admin team of ______ wishes to express our deepest condolences on the loss of ________.  At this time, we are changing this account to a status that will remove the items from view in the community so other members will not comment on them.  

If a family member would like to have this account permanently deleted, please contact VarageSale Customer Support.  They will need your name and relation to ________, and the name and email address as it is listed on the VarageSale account.  They will take care of deleting the account. 

Once again, we are so very sorry for your loss.  Our thoughts are with you."

If VarageSale Customer Support receives a request from a family member for an account deletion, we will verify the information and remove the account.
