How do I delete a negative praise?

VarageSale's praise feature is intended to encourage members to leave positive feedback for other members. If a member uses the system to leave a negative comment on another members profile, it should be removed.

At the current time, only the member who received the negative praise will be able to remove it. If a member contacts you regarding this, you can send them this URL which includes instructions on how to remove the praise: https://help.varagesale.com/article/396-how-do-i-delete-my-praise

We're currently working on adding the ability for admins to remove praises on members profiles. When that ability is added in we will share an update in the Facebook group.

It might also be a good idea to follow up with the member who left the negative praise to remind them of the intent of the praise system.
