How does a member have their account removed?

A member has asked to have their account removed. How do I do that?

Admins don’t have the ability to remove member accounts. You can revoke them from the community, but that should only be used for extreme cases and not someone simply asking to be removed.

There are 2 ways that an account can be removed. If they only want to leave the community, they can do this themselves.  Check out this Knowledge Base link for instructions to share with them. If they want their full account removed from VarageSale, they will need to write into the help desk. Staff members are the only ones who can fully remove an account from the system.
